Convenient Movers

The movers arrived at my residence 2 hours late. The owner did not make clear that they do not accept out of state checks until 10 minutes before the appointment time, which should have been addressed at the point of acquiring their services. He was very rude and does not send out any confirmation emails or calls. They do not handle your property with care. They dragged my couch on the floor after repeatedly telling them how to remove my couch out of the door. The truck broke down twice on the way to the destination which also caused them to be late to the arrival destination. Due to the lateness, when they finally arrived the storage facility was closed and  the owner threatened me to accommodate their boarding and meals if I wanted my property to be placed because he needed the truck to do another job. They stacked boxes that were clearly noted fragile at the bottom causing the heavy boxes to crush my fragile items. My bed has deep scratches, my mattress and couch were dirty from them dragging it on the ground. By all means, avoid doing any business with this company.

Service cost: $1800

Pickup of my tuxedos at the wear house was for 9:00 in the morning. One truck arrived at 9:00 and the other at 11:30 that night. When I asked David Worker why the truck was late he said a truck broke down but I was told he did another job instead. When I kept asking questions he got mad and screamed at me and told me he would take my tuxedos back and dump them at the wear house if I asked any more questions. He was so rude. I have not been talked to like that in 30 years. He told me the trucks would leave Monday but he would not return my calls or emails so I have been worried all week.They arrived 8 days later after he picked up. He said at one point they would be in TN in 7 to 10 days but he also said they would leave on Monday. Was he late?  I was really confused. All I wanted was to be informed about my shipments. I will say the guys unloading were nice. As far as honesty goes, to me that means keeping your word. He did not keep his word to me in saying the truck would leave Monday.

Service cost: $4900

I used this company on a long distance move from Texas to Ohio. These people are horrible. If you judge them by the website, you would think they have their own truck. I was moving from Texas to Ohio. My move was scheduled for 12 noon. I was called and told they were running late. They actually were having to get an uHaul truck and was running around the metroplex trying to find one. When they eventually arrived at my residence, they had no dolly. I had a huge amount of boxes since these folks insist on you doing your own packing. They came late which meant I was rushed because they were also transporting my vehicle. 

We had to go back to uHaul to attach the trailer to the uHaul truck. Oh, by the way, I have an expensive massage chair which at first they refused to load because they didn’t know how to disassemble it. I had to figure that out and insist they go back my residence to pick up the chair. These nitwits were going to leave the chair in the house that I was moving from! I explained I couldn’t do that because the buyer was taking ownership in a few days. Crazy. They had no tools, I had to ask my neighbors for tools as I figured out how to disassemble the chair. Horrible experience.

I advised David the owner my contents which included a washer and dryer.  I also advised Peter the supervisor of the two movers and one of the movers I also had a washer and dryer. However, I didn’t show them the washer and driver although they had knowledge of it. I think what happended because of the rushing to get back to uHaul and then to load my massage chair so they could get on the road that night we all forgot about the washer and dryer. I didn’t think about it until my sister asked about it. 

I asked Peter if they had loaded the washer and dryer. He couldn’t tell me. I asked my real estate agent to check the house and they were still there. I had to have them hauled away because at that point I had already arrived at my destination. I couldn’t do anything with them, but accept it as a loss. 

These folks are unprofessional. Some of my items were broken or pieces missing. I didn’t bother with an insurance claim because I knew there would be no point in raising the issue. All they do is argue with you or point to verbiage in their one-page so-called contract.  This moving business is just a quick move that throws your items into an uHaul van/truck. They don’t care how it gets there or whether it's still intact when you reach your destination.

They allow payment once they load your items, but refuse to unload until you pay them. This is not right, but Peter explained they had been burned before. So, you get what you pay for. They are reasonably priced, but it comes at a price to do business with these folks. 

Stay away from them. Their movers became involved in an argument and were threatening to fight right there at the scene of my storage location. I mean, it was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Beware of these folks. Unprofessional and they don’t give a shit about your personal items.  

I think they get you by the price. However, you would think they would have some type of professionalism or customer service about them.  Once we reached my storage, the guy Peter wanted me to help him find additional help. He insisted that I accompany him to some corner stores to find other guys to help with the unloading. I had no idea where to find these types of people. It was a crazy experience. 

Buyer beware and avoid these losers. They are trying to masquerade as a legitimate business.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3480

They were fast but not careful with my things they removed the drawers from my daughter's dresser causing it to be wobbly i had a bag of nails and one of the of the guys half fixed it and took off with my nails my dvd player and firetruck remote was also missing. I text the guy and asked if they had it. I text the guys ably it they claimed to not have seen it 804 was way too much for 6hrs of labor as well..i didn't ask for 3 guys but they showed up with 3 guys automatically jacking up the price

After calling many other companies to help with my move, I called Convenient Movers. The manager was polite and listened carefully to what I had to move and the project. He offered to come by and see what I had to move. He arrived in a big truck. I was really impressed by what he said after looking through all my goods. He gave me a free estimate and promised to beat any other moving company's price. On moving day the movers came by all uniformed with tools and ready to take apart my bed dressers and washer and dryers. Other moving companies charge to take apart washer and dryers. Convenient movers was a life saver for me because they didn't have any hidden charges. The price was low and within 2 hours they were loaded up and ready to go. I recieved my goods in good condition. The unloaders were quick, they helped me arrange all my furniture in place and even assembled all my furniture. They also helped me hook up my washer and dryer. I looked at all that was moved and I was very pleased with Convenient Movers. Usually I am not the one to write down a review but I was on a budget and these are the only movers who could work with my price for my move. Other movers were trying to charge me an arm and a leg. I didn't have much money to tip the movers so I promised that I will write something online so other customers can know what good of a job they did. Actually I was thinking that because their price was so low, that the level of service will just be average. I was very happy how the manager kept me informed and updated me on how the driver was doing as he was making the trip. I was surprised how all my antique furniture was well cared for. I was definitely impressed by these  movers. They have a slogan that moving you with a smile and they definitely moved me with a smile. I will always hire these movers and have already refered them to my aunt in Oklahoma. I wish you all the best and God bless you guys at Convenient Movers.

We hired these movers to help us move from Oklahoma city to Houston Tx. We got many quotes from different companies because we were on a strict budget. They provided the best price by far. I spoke with Ryan and he came by and saw what we had to move. His price was accurate and fair. The leadership was very helpful in the follow up before the move. The movers arrived on time. They were very professional and very careful with our furniture. We will hire this company again in the future.

From my very first phone call, these movers were profesisonal. Before my move, they always returned my phone calls even when I had to change the moving dates several times due to closing issues.

On Moving day, these guys arrived on time with a large truck, packed, loaded and unloaded all my stuff in record time. They also helped me disassemble my kids beds and put them back together. The quality of work done was on point. The communication between the 2 movers was top notch. They both knew what the next step was. I could tell they were very motivated and loved doing what they do.

This moving company was totally amazing and I will be recommending them to all my coworkers.

I used this company to move my mother in law from Houston to Oklahoma city. From the very first call, these guys were professional. I called more than 10 other moving companies and these guys had the best price in Oklahoma city. I was a little skeptical because of one or two bad reviews i saw. But i decided to give them a try since i understand that no one is perfect.

On the day of the move, they arrived right on time and had all the equipment and packing supplies needed. The movers names were James, Ron and Didi. They made a stressful move very easy because they were pleasant to be around the house. All our kids loved them. they were doing a hard job and still had a positive attitude. these guys were highly motivated.

They used shrinkwrap and bubble wrap to cover all our furniture and glassware. All the boxes were properly taped and marked. All our furniture was wrapped with moving blankets

The move was completed in record time. All our goods arrived safe. I usually dont have time to write revews but I decided to write this so that other people can see that these guys do very good work. i will highly recommend these guys and will be refering them to all my friends at work who are moving. Thank you guys.

These are hands down the best movers i have ever experienced. Moving can be a nightmare and i have moved alot of times so i have become used to the hiccups and issues with moving. But using convenient movers was like the best bang i ever got for my money.

Firstly they arrived right on time with a clean truck. Then the movers were highly motivated. Very funny and kept the atmosphere lively and fun.

The movers were well dressed in uniform. Then they moved all our heavy items with ease. I mean with EASE. No wall was scratched, the big truck was loaded in no time.

Once the move was complete, they offered to assemble all our beds before they left. They even offered to rearrange the furniture since were undecided if it should be downstairs of upstairs. Because i was very happy with this experience, i will be telling everyone i know about these movers. i will always use these guys.

I know moving can be tough so choosing convenient movers was one of the best things.

HE TREATS HIS MOVERS AND PAYS HIS MOVERS LIKE DOGS! A LOT OF HIS REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR! HE IS ALSO AN ABUSIVE EMPLOYER AND A PREDATOR OF SORTS. HE HANDLED BUSINESS LIKE A LOAN SHARK. HE GOES TO DIFFERENT HOMELESS SHELTERS IN THE CITY LIKE JOES ADDICTION COFFEE SHOP AND THE SHELTER DOWNTOWN AND FINDS ADDICTS AND HOMELESS PEOPLE AND OFFERS $5 AN HOUR ,THATS HOW HE GETS ALL HIS EMPLOYEES!! HE PREYS ON THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS AND ADDICTED. THEN HE EVEN HOUSES THEM AND ROTATES THEM LIKE SICK CATTLE MAKING THEIR LIFE HARDER!!!HE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED AND SHUT DOWN EXPEDITIOUSLY!!!!! I WOULDN'T PRANK AN ENEMY WITH A REFERRAL TO THIS INHUMANE COMPANY OR ITS OWNER!!
